4. VOTE FOR the shareholder proposal for a JPY160 dividend per share
Paying a JPY160 per share dividend amounts to only an additional JPY1.3 billion over the Company’s current dividend of JPY130 per share.
Dividend increase can easily be financed through a small reduction in the Company’s investment budget which has produced extremely low returns to date.
